A great stay overall—fantastic beach location, decent food, and a friendly atmosphere, with just a b

• Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities are provided, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. • Breakfast: A standard selection similar to what you’d find in most hotels—nothing extraordinary, but decent. There’s a good variety, so everyone should find something they like. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and continental options are available. Coffee could be better, but it does the job. • Beach: The location is perfect! The beach is sandy and stretches for a long distance, making it great for walks. There are plenty of opportunities for a scenic stroll along the shore, with the option to return through the city center. The area is clean, and the water is clear, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Nothing there really to dislike. The only minor downsides were the long queues at the bar after dinner and the wait at the pool bar, which could be a bit frustrating at times. However, there was always someone around to have a nice chat with, so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Overall we were pleased,

Food selection on full board was very good!

The scaled down staffing left a lot of room for improvement. Staff were unable to keep pace with the volume and demands of residents. Areas with tables were cordoned off, residents waited for placings to be prepared. The spirits served in the hotel were rubbish. We decided after the first night to purchase spirits at the local shops.

Ok rather than nice, clear cost cutting

Rooms were large with nice large balconies. Great view of sunrise from my room or the hotel front. Lots of sunloungers and swimming pools. Location right on the beach, out of the main centre of Costa Calma. Staff friendly and helpful (although sometimes too few of them, especially on reception and in the food hall, often had to wait or ask for a table to be cleared). Room service helpful and flexible. Good hot shower. New Year’s Eve special dinner was really nice, with some excellent food options.

Facilities not as described: eg there is no gym on site, it’s a walk down the road. Food fine, rather than good. If you like to eat “nice” on holiday, plan to eat out. Wine from wine dispensing machine was even worse than I had imagined. Non-alcoholic drinks dispensers worked less time than they were down (I think run out). So i drank the horrible (desalinated) tap water most of the time. “Cocktails” in the beach bar were mixes of cheap, synthetic, sugary syrups with alcohol, rather than any actual juices etc. Dishwashers don’t work: cutlery and crockery often dirty. Room cheaply furnished, uncomfortable bed with low quality bedding. Late check out not available during busy periods. Not a suitable place for solo travellers.

Everything what you needed is in one places, swimming pool for adults and kids , kids club , private beach witch free sunbeds and parasol , cocktail bar opposite beach , evenings shows for kids and adults, all staff very good and very helpful. Hotel worth recommending !

- noisy kids without parent attention - small crying kids left in the hallway in the morning - people smoking cigarettes everywhere, main terraced all smokers you can't take a seat with kids because is hard breathing

Value for money, could be better

Location and closer to beach . Also they prepared special table at dinner and in the room for our kids birthday . Pool and kids activity were good . Rooms were comfortable .

The card reader to the room did not work 3-4 times and had to be changed at the reception which was quite far from the room . Also the WiFi was really slow . Small things that can really improve customer experience

Very Good

The location is good. The staff is friendly. Sufficiently spacious.Needs an update. But I got what I expected.There was enough food. The variety is quite good. I liked.

When we moved in there were several cockroaches. And one in the room. But in the future we did not see them.This means that efforts are being made to fight.And who has rooms with access to the garden. It is advisable not to leave the door open. Uninvited guests can visit.And for a couple, it is not very good to accommodate on two single beds. A little uncomfortable.

Nothing to do in the evenings. The town also does not have anything to offer.

Direct on the beach and enough beach beds to lay on. For breakfast there was enough choice. Lunch and Diner became a bit boring after a couple of days.

In this all-inclusive resort, it looked like everything was setup so that people would consume as less beverages as possible. The self-service beverage machines seem to be broken or empty almost every day so you needed to get a drink at the bar resulting in long waiting lines. Only one bar open during the day and another in the evening. Not enough places to sit and have a drink in the evening so your forced to go somewhere else. Hence would not consume at the hotel.

Very Good

The food is amazing, restaurant quality. The sun loungers are comfortable as they have cushions! The pool area is relaxing but not too quiet, there is a nice atmosphere of friends and family enjoying themselves in the pool. The alcoholic drinks are what you would expect for all inclusive quality - my partner said the draft beer was nice. Entertainment in the evenings are good, the animation team work really hard to put on a good show. The location is in a quiet part of town over looking amazing sea views. The rooms are cleaned daily and overall the hotel is very clean. We also loved the cats, such a great project! The young Spanish lady on the reception was very friendly.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is dull, it lacked an outside area to eat. The variety of alcoholic drinks in the restaurant are minimal and the wine is awful - however there is an option to buy a bottle. The beds within the room are very hard and uncomfortable to the point myself and partner had back pain (we are only 30). The bar and snack area is a little far from the main pool which is a negative when you need something but a positive as it keeps the heavier drinkers away from the pool area. The games room needs a renovation, us as a family tend to spend most evenings in these rooms usually when on holiday however in this hotel it's a dirty mouldy dark room with no atmosphere of fun. The hotel is mainly German orientated which we knew before visiting, we prefer hotels with a nice even mix of nationalities but that is just our preference.
